He has more than a decade's worth of experience in prosecuting large-scale securities and investment lawsuits. He has also worked in the areas of environmental and antitrust litigation. Auld is one of the leaders of the firm's client monitoring and case evaluation group, working with the team to identify and accurately analyze investment-related matters on behalf of investors potentially damaged by the conduct at issue. In cases directly involving his buy-side investor clients, he takes an active role in the litigation.
