According to the report, the offer was for $19 to $20 per share, which would value the Chicago-based company at between $670.5 million and $705.8 million, based on its number of shares outstanding. The report, which cites "rumblings within the industry," notes that a deal could come as soon as the next few weeks and could come in at around $1 billion....
