Just a week later, the company's CEO issued a memorandum to employees (and simultaneously issued it publicly), explaining the company would "double down on [its] commitment to be a representative, equitable, and respectful workplace" with a "comprehensive action plan" to implement concrete changes to its policies concerning sexual harassment. . . .
