Icahn had no "good intentions" for the Texas-based computer maker, Dell said, fanning the feud nearly a month after officially sealing his victory by taking the company private. Icahn bought into the company after Dell announced his private equity-backed plans to overtake ownership and over several months mounted an ultimately ill-fated campaign to thwart the buyout....
