LP has tapped Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to find a buyer for its majority stake in Turkish shipping company U.N. Ro-Ro Isletmeleri AS, sources told Bloomberg on Tuesday. Such a deal would mark an exit for KKR more then six years after it bought into the company, an operator of roll-on, roll-off transport vessels. The going rate for the unit remained unclear, though KKR put up $1.2 billion for a 97.6 percent stake in 2007. U.N. Ro-Ro has a fleet of 12 vessels and works along routes that connect Italy, France and Egypt....
