By Chelsea Naso ( June 10, 2014, 2:32 PM EDT) -- Graeme Hart, New Zealand's richest man, is said to be exploring a sale of SIG Combibloc Group Ltd., the world's second largest maker of drink cartons, in a deal that would value the packaging conglomerate at about $5 billion, sources told Reuters late Monday. Hart snapped up Switzerland-based SIG in 2007 for $2.3 billion. He is in the early stages of setting up a sale, but expects to draw the most interest from private equity firms, the report said. ...
