By Chelsea Naso ( July 18, 2014, 2:55 PM EDT) -- U.S. private equity firm General Atlantic LLC is in talks to buy a 2 to 5 percent stake in both India's Just Dial Ltd. and Info Edge India Ltd., sources told Reuters on Friday. Based on current market prices, the stake in Just Dial, a search service provider, would be valued between $36.4 million and $90.9 million, the report said. The investment in Info Edge, an online classifieds provider, would be worth between $25.4 million and $63.7 million....
