RE Rumor Mill: Google, Apex, 40 Rector

Commercial Real Estate Direct reported that Google snapped up the 198,410 square feet for about $464 per square foot. The portfolio reportedly includes the Mountain View Technology Park, which includes seven buildings covering 135,279 square feet. Boston Properties hadn't put the fully leased properties on the market; Google made an unsolicited offer, according to CRED....
