By Benjamin Horney ( December 17, 2015, 5:26 PM EST) -- Anheuser-Busch InBev will begin contacting potential suitors for two of SABMiller's European brands on Friday, according to a Thursday report from Reuters, as the brewer looks to ease any regulatory concerns related to its planned $100 billion tie-up with its No. 2 rival. According to the report, AB InBev could rake in as much as $2 billion through the sale of Grolsch and Peroni. AB InBev announced earlier this month that it would consider selling the brands as it seeks to enable its deal with SABMiller to pass regulatory muster. AB InBev's financial advisers, Lazard and Deutsche Bank AG, will start giving interested parties preliminary information on Friday, the report added, and private equity firms are likely suitors....
