By Andrew McIntyre ( March 29, 2016, 1:55 PM EDT) -- Chick-fil-A Inc. is in discussions to open a restaurant at the base of a luxury condo tower in New York, according to a report on Tuesday from the New York Post. The restaurant chain is in talks to take space at the 50-story One Madison on East 23rd Street, and the restaurant would be its third in Manhattan, according to the report. The ground-floor space at the tower has been vacant since 2009, when a deal to bring a Chicago-based chef to the space fell through, the Post said....
