By Andrew McIntyre ( June 15, 2017, 6:11 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. is in late-stage talks to buy 300 apartment units in Silicon Valley from modular-home company Factory OS, and may use the units as short-term housing for the tech giant's employees, according to a report Wednesday from The Wall Street Journal. Google is expected to pay between $25 million and $30 million for the units, and the purchase would be the first of such nature for the company, the report said....
