It is possible that we will see blockchains revolutionizing commerce, similar to how the internet transformed communications. Some go as far as to predict that blockchain technology will fundamentally change our life and society by decentralizing many of the roles that have been filled by government for thousands of years. One area that offers promise in the use of blockchain technology is the syndicated loan market.
