The news comes just days after reports said Sprint parent SoftBank Group Corp. had called off negotiations with T-Mobile owner Deutsche Telekom AG. According to Thursday's report, T-Mobile has made an updated proposal, and Sprint is mulling the terms. A deal could be reached within weeks, the report said, though discussions could fall apart again. A merger of T-Mobile and Sprint would unite the third- and fourth-largest U.S. wireless carriers....
