She is a member of the firm's six-person executive committee and spearheads the health care law (encompassing both commercial litigation and government investigations) and False Claims Act practices at the firm. She has led or overseen over 45 False Claims Act cases and government investigations. Mainigi maintains an active trial practice and recently tried a six-week jury trial in the Southern District of New York. She is active in Republican national and state politics and served as transition chair for Florida Gov. Rick Scott. Prior to joining the firm, she served as head of policy and research for Sen.
