By Kaitlin Ugolik ( May 2, 2014, 7:47 PM EDT) -- An Eastern European investor has reportedly purchased a London penthouse for £140 million ($236 million), breaking a new sale price record and leading some analysts to worry that the market is overheated. Sources told Reuters' U.K. bureau that the investor bought the 16,000-square-foot apartment at One Hyde Park for the huge sum, noting that, once furnished, it could be worth up to £175 million. The previous record was set three years ago by a Ukrainian billionaire who paid £136 million for two units at One Hyde Park and combined them into one massive penthouse, according to Reuters....
