Rose Realty Co. for $79.1 million, The Real Deal reported, citing sources with knowledge of the transactions. The partnership picked up the 230,000-square-foot Kingswood Plaza at 1630 East 15th St. as well as a development site, which now is home to a parking garage, at 1715 East 13th St., Real Deal said....
