LP is considering a sale of its 31 percent stake in Norwegian software company Visma Group, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, and a deal could bring in around €1 billion ($1.1 billion). The report said that potential suitors "couldn't be learned," though pension or sovereign wealth funds could be among those with interest. Visma provides the Nordic region with web-based services that allow businesses and governments to manage their payrolls, accounting, invoicing and other administrative needs, the report detailed....
