By Andrew McIntyre ( June 2, 2017, 3:47 PM EDT) -- A venture of Housing Trust Group and Park Place Enterprises has sold an affordable housing complex in Dania Beach, Florida, for $33.44 million, according to a report on Friday from the South Florida Business Journal. The deal is for Emerald Palms Apartments, which last traded hands in 2001 for $12.6 million, the journal said. The buyer, an entity managed by Stephen and Sydne Garchik, assumed a $2.5 million Florida Housing Finance Corp. mortgage and repaid a $15.9 million bond, according to the report....
