LP, according to a report on Thursday from Reuters. According to the report, KKR intends to merge AMR with Air Medical Group, a helicopter operator it bought two years ago. KKR won in an auction for the unit, with the report saying its bid was worth about $2 billion. Negotiations are ongoing, and a deal could be announced as soon as later this month....
