FX, Exxon Settle Trademark Suit Weeks Before Trial
21st Century Fox unit FX Networks LLC and Exxon Mobil Corp. have settled ExxonMobil's trademark infringement suit accusing FX of using the signature design of two interlocking Xs for its network FXX, before the trial began, according to court documents filed on Friday.
