Vermont Wants GMO Label Groups To Join Legal Fight
The Vermont Attorney General's Office voiced its support Thursday to having two consumer interest groups help it defend the state's genetically modified organism labeling law in court, after those groups said the food industry is poised to significantly outspend the state as it pursues a lawsuit aimed at sinking the law.
