    A California federal judge said holders of the rights to “Grumpy Cat” copyrights and trademarks were not entitled to attorneys’ fees on infringement claims against a company marketing “Grumppuccinos” and other coffee products, as the defendants had not acted in bad faith when selling merchandise featuring the cat-turned-meme.
