Swire Oilfield Workers Win Conditional Cert. In FLSA Suit
A New Mexico federal judge on Tuesday conditionally certified as a collective action a Fair Labor Standards Act suit against Swire Oilfield Services LLC from its oil field manual laborers, finding that the workers who brought the suit made substantial allegations that two classes are similarly situated.
