    Uber Seeks Dismissal Of SF Predatory Pricing Suit

    Uber Technologies Inc. asked a California federal court to dismiss it from an antitrust suit on Tuesday, saying that DeSoto Cab Co. has not properly alleged federal predatory pricing claims in the case accusing the ride-hailing company of losing money on UberX rides in a bid to drive out all competition before raising prices.
