UPDATED: Viacom, Execs Hit With $100M Suit Alleging Rape, IP Theft

By Kat Greene ( May 2, 2018, 9:53 PM EDT) -- A man who describes himself as Hollywood royalty accused two Viacom Inc. -connected executives of raping him and then treating him like a "rag doll" until one executive stole his pitch for a television show and produced it without him, according to a $100 million suit in New York state court Tuesday.  Editor's note: The plaintiff in this case was criminally charged on September 21, 2021, with allegedly fabricating evidence in the civil suit and then lying about doing so under penalty of perjury. . . .
