II LLC from Riverstone Holdings LLC, according to a Monday report from Bloomberg. The report said the deal could be worth as much as $1.64 billion based off the $20,000-per-acre price that the companies are currently discussing, according to Three Rivers' official website, which states that the company owned drilling rights to 82,000 acres as of December 2013....
