2 LG Employees Can't Testify In LCD Price-Fixing Trial
Toshiba Corp. convinced a California federal judge Tuesday to block two LG Display Co. Ltd. employees from testifying for direct purchasers in the upcoming liquid crystal display price-fixing trial, but failed to win permission to use testimony presented in the AU Optronics Corp. criminal case.

LG Display Settles With 8 States, Consumers In LCD MDL
LG Display Co. Ltd. has become the last company to settle with a class of indirect purchasers in California multidistrict litigation accusing it of fixing prices for liquid crystal display screens, it said in a regulatory filing Monday that also announced a settlement with eight states.
