9th Circ. Reinstates AT&T's Claims In LCD Price-Fixing Case
The Ninth Circuit on Thursday revived AT&T Inc.'s claims in multidistrict litigation accusing Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and others of fixing the price of liquid crystal display screens, finding that applying California antitrust law didn't violate the defendants' constitutional rights.
