LCD Co. Can't Nix Proview's State Claims In Price-Fix MDL
A California federal court on Thursday denied a liquid crystal display manufacturer's motion to dismiss a claim brought by Proview Technology Inc. as part of ongoing multidistrict antitrust litigation, ruling that, unlike Proview's previously dismissed federal Sherman Act claim, the state law claims survive the application of the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act.
