LCD Price-Fixing Appeal Stalls $28M Alioto Loan Fight
A California federal judge on Wednesday refused lender LFG National Capital LLC's attempt to recover from an escrow account $28.2 million awarded in attorneys' fees to Joseph M. Alioto's law firm in liquid crystal display price-fixing litigation, saying a pending appeal may reduce Alioto's $47 million fee award.
