|Trump, the attorneys and judge have stayed behind to haggle over a few evidentiary issues related to exhibits likely to be shown while Pecker is on the stand. Trump attorney Emil Bove notes that they only learned Pecker would take the stand at 3 p.m. yesterday.
The judge directs the two sides to work through some of those issues this afternoon, including possible redactions of emails sent among AMI employers related to the Trump doorman’s story.
“Thank you, have a good night,” the judge says, excusing everyone for the day.
We’re breaking early for the Passover holiday today, but we’ll be back for a full day tomorrow.
